We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 45 days of your purchase date. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Refunds cover the full item price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error—e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and approving your return.
  • Non-refundable items include clearance/final sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products.
  • Goodwill Option: If you’re unsatisfied with an eligible item, contact us—we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
To start a return:

  1. Email contact@sichuanvision.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
  2. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)—required for processing.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method (we recommend insurance for your protection).

We’ll notify you by email once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

  • Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs (with proof).

Exchange Policy

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return it following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item. Order soon—stock isn’t guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@sichuanvision.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, covering all shipping costs.
