Refund Policy:

We offer refunds on eligible items that are returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping charges. We will issue the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to, clearance or final sale items, gift cards, and personalized items.

Return Policy:

If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@sichuanvision.com to request a return authorization number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

Once you have received a return authorization number, please ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that offers package tracking and insurance.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they are eligible for a refund. If the item(s) meet our refund criteria, we will issue a refund using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Policy:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at contact@sichuanvision.com within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our refund and return policy criteria.
