What we collect
Information you send us: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country and the details of your inquiry or order.
Account information if you register as a buyer.
Technical data: IP address and browser, used to keep the site secure and to stop spam.
Visitor statistics: pages visited, the site that sent you and your country, counted without cookies and without storing your IP address.
Live chat messages if you use the chat.
Advertising and analytics, if you allow them (see our cookie notice): Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn receive the pages you visit through their tags. When you send an inquiry with advertising allowed, we also tell Meta and TikTok directly that an inquiry was sent, with your email address in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address and browser, so they can count which advert brought it.
Newsletter, only if you ask for it and confirm by email: your email address, name, company and country, and whether you opened or clicked our emails. You can unsubscribe with the link in every email.
Questions to our AI assistant: what you type, the page you are on and your country, kept for 6 months so we can improve our answers. If you choose "Talk to our team", the conversation is added to your inquiry.
Why we use it
To answer inquiries, prepare quotes and fulfil orders (contract).
To run, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest).
To measure our adverts and show them to interested buyers (your consent where the law requires it, otherwise legitimate interest; you can switch this off under Cookie settings).
To send updates you asked for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To meet legal, tax and export-control obligations (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed: website hosting, Cloudflare (security and fast delivery of the site), email delivery, Tawk.to (live chat, if you use it), Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn (statistics and advertising, as above), Brevo or Mailchimp (sending our newsletter, if you subscribed), the AI service that runs our assistant (only what you type to it), freight forwarders and payment providers. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
We are based in China and our service providers may be in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
