Every order is checked before it leaves China. You see the results, and you are welcome to send your own inspector.
How we check your order
Golden sample: the sample you approve is the reference for the whole order. We keep one sealed sample, and so do you.
Materials: before production starts, materials, colours and packaging are checked against the approved sample.
During production: the first finished pieces are inspected, so a problem is caught early, not at the end.
Before shipping: a final random inspection to AQL (ISO 2859-1, usually 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects): appearance, size, function, labels, cartons and shipping marks.
Photos and video: you receive the inspection report with photos or video before you pay the balance.
If something is wrong
Report it within 15 days of arrival with photos or video. We agree a replacement or a credit note, as set out in our terms of sale.
