Each product shows its MOQ. Some products let you mix colours or sizes to reach it. If you need a smaller trial order, ask us: it is often possible for products marked "Low MOQ".

Click Send inquiry on any product, or contact us with the product, quantity and destination. We reply with a quote within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Usually 15 days. The validity date is printed on every quote.

We sell wholesale to businesses only, not to private persons. Create a free buyer account, and we check each new company, usually within one business day.

Approved buyers can review a product once they have received it, and our service once an order has been delivered. We read each review before publishing it.

Yes, on some types of products, marked "Samples available". The sample cost and delivery time are quoted per product. An approved sample becomes the quality reference for your bulk order.

We inspect your goods against the approved sample before shipment, as part of our service, and send you photos before the balance payment.

Tell us within 15 days of arrival, with your order number and photos or video. We ship a replacement with your next order. See our trade terms.

We accept bank transfer (T/T). Bulk, OEM and branded orders that need production: a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance before shipment. Small orders from stock that need no production, such as 100 to 200 pieces, and samples: 100% payment in advance. Your quote and proforma invoice state the terms for your order. Prices are in US dollars.

We only ever send bank details on our official proforma invoice. If anyone asks you to pay a different account, call us on the number on this website before paying.

After you accept a quote, we check your order and send the proforma invoice by email. You can also download it from your buyer account. Please wait for it before you pay.

FCA, FOB, DAP and DDP (Incoterms® 2020), with the named place set in your quote. Under DDP we deliver to your address with import duties paid. See the trade terms.

Yes. We quote FCA or FOB and hand the goods to your forwarder's agent.

Usually 10 to 15 days after we receive the deposit and your approval of the sample or artwork. Custom and large orders can take longer. Your quote states the lead time.

Yes, on products marked "OEM / ODM": logo, colours, packaging, labels and barcodes. The minimum order for custom work is often higher. See OEM & private label.
